Components of a Perfect Sales letter which is legally correct



Had a hard time, writing a perfect sales letter? Like every problem this one too has a quick solution. All you need to remember is HOPPP. There you have - A Sales letter which will just wow your readers.

H is for headline
Importance of a headline in a sales letter is the same as of a head in our body. It makes the first impression and get's you attracted. So it is very important to have an intriguing headline which capture's the reader mind and make him read one. For example "Your Whole House Sparkling Clean - We Do It For You So You Don't Have To!"

O is for Offer
You got the reader's attention, now what??? The reader is now interested in WIFM ("What's in it for me ?"). Now you have to make the reader buy your product. So highlight all the benefits and let the customer know what good will the product do to him. For instance, "For less than $100 you can have your entire home clean and sparkling, without enduring the nasty stink of chemical cleaners.

P is for Proof
Why should the reader believe what you are saying? You have to prove to the reader that they will be completely satisfied after the purchase. Offer you reader a "fail-safe"such as a money-back guarantee, or entice them with a free trial offer.

P is for Persuade to Action
This is the most important part in the body of the sales letter. You have to persuade your reader to act. Be sure, you let the customer know, how you want them to act like calling back or going to he store. Moreover, you can put a deadline for the expiration of the letter, in order to put an urgency to act.

P is for P.S. (Postscript)
The customer has read everything and is thinking about it. Add a P.S. to your sales letter to light a fire under your customer and get him to act RIGHT NOW.
